Me after eating at weather-spoons last night.

So….yeah….I’m totally mental.
I totally went out on a whim yesterday and started a conversation with a total stranger. A friend and I were talking and she mentioned her friend, and being intrigued I decided to spark up a conversation with them via facebook.
I’ve never met them or anything, and to be honest I didn’t expect them to reply, in fact I positively “thonked” my head against the desk, thinking what a stupid idea that was - and expected never to hear anything back and at best be blocked, at worse receive a restraining order.
They actually replied, and we’ve exchanged quite a few messages, and I’ve found them to be totally intriguing, and captivating. It’s utterly bonkers, and it just goes to prove that sometimes the world needs a little bonkers, I suppose that’s how strangers become friends, just instead of the traditional verbal methods, technology has made the world at lot smaller and although not entirely compensating for face to face communication has certainly provided a new way of meeting people.
Or something like that.
